Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team at one of our 3 locations as Camp Coach. As a Camp Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while creating a fun and memorable camp experience. This is a paid position.
Duties:
- Supervise and ensure the safety of campers at all times
- Lead various camp activities and games
- Provide guidance and support to campers in their personal and social development
- Collaborate with other counselors to create a positive and inclusive camp environment
- Implement behavior management strategies when necessary
- Foster teamwork, cooperation, and respect among campers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of camp facilities
Skills:
- Experience in babysitting, daycare, or working with children in a similar setting
- Ability to engage and connect with children of various ages and backgrounds
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with campers, parents, and staff members
- Classroom management skills to maintain order and structure during activities
- First aid certification is preferred but not required
